Book: the end to Pokémon adventures RS and ORAS. 2nd is the final book in the Origami Yoda trilogy. I can’t remember the title but it had to do with Palpatine being a pickle called Pickletine.
Show: (anime) FMAB. Everyone gets a happy ending. (Non anime) the Regular Show space final fight. Gumball would be higher had we gotten a movie.”, so its in second place.
Album: Parousia by XI. Freedom Dive slaps. 2nd place goes to the Book of Souls by Iron Maiden. Empire of the Clouds for me is the pinnacle of Bruce’s songwriting.

Show... A lot of shows have trouble sticking the landing but Cowboy Bebop did a a good job giving us a definitive ending that really could not have gone any other way with a real defined cost for the characters Book... a lot of books have trouble too. A lot of books I like, I don’t particularly care for their endings... We’ll say the first Expanse Book: Leviathan Wakes. Miller riding The space station into Venus is just excellent. Miller was too good for that world. Album... Death to the Mechanisms. Because one day you just can’t fool the universe into thinking you’re an immortal space pirate anymore.

Edited by Sumpig-2: 4/20/2021 5:24:34 PMNGE: not cause it was the greatest, well maybe, but cause nothing before has hit me like a truck as End of Evangelion. Not a tears truck A "What the" Truck Manga: Akame Ga Kill Cause it was better than the anime adaption Chainsaw man Cause it was only part 1 Fire Punch. Not cause it was a happy good one, but cause it reminded me how Evangelion ended... I'd recommend tho Tokyo Ghoul cause that was nice and apparently better than the anime as well Manhwa(Korean manga): just finished this one called Sweet Home, by Kim Carnby, and boy oh boy, it's a good ending. Added by the fact there's a song to listen to as background while you read last chapter too, very emotional.

Babylon 5 - The plot line ran for five seasons and was complete. No sudden cancellation. Watership Down by Richard Adams. One of the best books I’ve read and I’ve read over 1,000. Adagio For Strings - from Platoon. Saddest music ever.

I can't think of a book ending I felt was very satisfying, aside from maybe something awful like Twilight due to the relief that it's over. Firefly (Serenity) for show since most shows I get into also get -blam!-ing cancelled. And I've never thought about album endings before, so just have some Igorrr because that album is my current favorite thing

Book: Goodnight Punpun I f***ing HATE the ending. Makes me so mad because so many people make so many mistakes. It's not a happy ending, but it's very true to life in how things kind of work out in a f***ed up way that's "good enough" for the characters. So why is it my favorite? Because it's so well done that I felt legitimately pissed off. It's like watching Jack Gleeson as Joffrey on Game of Thrones. You love him as a character because they do such a good job of making you hate him as a person. Show: Three way tie between Cowboy Beebop for its closure, Serenity (Firefly) for its treatment of the characters (the respect they gave them when writing, not what happened to them), and Clone High for somehow making a huge cliffhanger to give MTV the finger for canceling them while also having it be a legitimate ending... if that makes any sense. Album: ... I've got nuthin...

Book (manga): One Piece. It is a modern epic written out in comic book format that contains tons of worldbuilding and consistent/frequent supporting character use that you'd generally only see in video games. It's crazy how cohesive it still is despite its sheer size and length over the last 20+ years, and it's still not done. Show (anime): FMA:B. Very enjoyable to watch through and through. Characters never seemed out of place, the themes were almost always put at the forefront, and practically every question it asked was eventually answered by the end. Album: None. I don't have any favorites.

Gumball movie was confirmed a couple of weeks ago.
