Someone had this issue and it was apparently user error since it took them a few tries to get it to show up. If it’s the one in the elevator, then just keep looking at the windows so you don’t miss out on it.

Hello, what we don't understand is that we went there yesterday with a friend who had not yet made eggs from this place. The elevator egg fell and he could see it but I couldn't, (we checked through his screen stream on Discord). I did check through two different sites and this is really the one I'm missing,(I'm sending you the link to a page) , hoping it works. So we don't understand.
