Iron Banner isn't that bad, its certain mechanics that cause inconsistencies that's pretty much it. Hunt mechanic is interesting but needs changing so that it only happens if all zones are captured and none are contested. Rewards wise its fine-ish, just needs more drops and more tokies need to be granted. It's one of the few actual PvP modes that I still play regularly. Did the bounties on all my characters too.
