Need to have the PlayStation account removed off of my cross save
I need help removing PlayStation from my cross save. I’ve tried to contact PlayStation about my account being locked out, and they informed me that, they can not password reset, or help due to the fact that I might be a hacker. So I had to start a new account, and need to switch on the cross save. Can you help me?
