I miss Better Devils

All 140 hand cannons got the shaft. They could never compete against 150s and when the change happened to them, all but 4 were left with one of them not even being a base 140. When the sunsetting change happened, only 3 were left with two in the energy slot and the base 150 bring the only kinetic option in the game.
