That is up to Microsoft more than Bungie. Bungie has kept the servers up and running but if Microsoft (and Sony) are phasing out the 360 (and PS3 as they shut down that platform's store) it is just time until the main servers are shut down. Once this happens the ability to link to the Destiny servers will be lost.
