I don’t understand. Same email address and password. And yet it keeps saying could not load and to check connection when my connection is fine.

Performing these steps might help with your issue. If that doesn't work, you might want to delete the app and reinstall it.

Works just fine for me (tried directly through app & on safari browser). Have you tried using data (of currently on wifi)....or vice versa? Try clearing app cache & restore database.
