If I mute someone they should not be allowed to keep Responding to my posts.

[REDACTED] Muted a jerk as all he did was insult me over Dawning when no one was talking about it. He should not have the satisfaction to get the final word becuase he thinks I wouldn't see it.

    I've removed the link you've posted as that is Naming and Shaming around here and we don't allow it. As for your question/thought, the public forums are open for everyone to respond to threads, that's why they're public. If you want to have discussions, without specific individuals replying to it I would recommend creating a Group or Clan and inviting those to it and you can manage who is on your roster. Some people do this offsite as well through other platforms, such as Discord etc. The easiest way to deal with trolls on the internet in general, is to simply not respond to them. Muting is a tool that can help with this by simply just throwing the visibility away. If you go back and check manually yourself, it's defeating the purpose. Now if someone is being a jerk, and breaking the Code of Conduct, please report them and we'll remove them as necessary.
