Suggestion: If a player has 4/5 of a legacy armour set unlocked in collections, they can still create an ornament for the 5th item at 2x or 3x the price - this would allow players who never fully completed sets (e.g. raid gear) to complete the "look" of their character. This wouldnt give anyone armour, so wouldnt disrespect those who grinded for it, but it will give people who never fully finished a task a slight bonus for trying. this'll probaby will never be read by bungie but after watching my mate get pissed that he doesnt have the leviathan chestplate on his warlock I thought id make a forum post on it
