Presage Scannables Issue
I've scanned all of the scannable items in the presage mission in order to complete the "All the Scattered Pieces" triumph. Despite this in my triumph list for the season of the chosen it still reads it as a secret triumph. I've gone back through the mission and tried to scan everything to no avail. Assistance would be appreciated.

Hey, There are three sets of clues available in the Presage quest. Once a set is completed, the next set and triumph will become available after weekly reset. Therefore "Another Link in the Chain" should become available for you later today, and if you scan those clues and clear the mission once, the final set "All The Scattered Pieces" should become available next week.
