Adept weapons are nice right now but the barely feel different to their legendary counterparts. I feel like the edition of new adept mods that enhance perks or even grant an extra perk would be a fantastic move to incentivise the use of these guns. Some ideas I had:
- Adept rampage: increases stacks to 4 for extra damage and increases duration of rampage
- Adept dragonfly: this could work like meganura where precision hits increase the size and damage of dragonfly
- Adept surplus: With surplus, when all abilities are charged, kills/precision kills reload your weapons
- Adept outlaw: with outlaw, reloading after a precision kill grants a larger magazine
- Adept one for all: hitting 3 additional targets will extend the timer
- Adept overflow: picking up primary ammo will partially refill the magazine
- Adept swashbuckler: melee damage is increased while swashbuckler is active
- Adept vorpal: Shortly after vorpal is activated, a small debuff is also applied
- Adept zen moment: constant uninterrupted damage will slowly trickle ammo into the magazine
These are a few ideas based of the perks we have on current adept weapons. The guns could go so much further with innovation like this I really hope we see unique mods in the future.

Adept vorpal was just dumb why a debuff

I wouldn't mind seeing this when they add Adepts to more areas in the game. I think they said they were going to try and give Dungeons and maybe Raids higher difficulties and also Adepts Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong tho

The fact that adept weapons are out of reach for a significant amount of the player base this would nevvvver fly.

But the casuals would complain... Also the zen moment one might work better on rapid hit.

We need more powerful perks in general and not just some mods.
-
I love all of these ideas

I agree, but it needs to target perks that aren't already useful. Stuff like Dragonfly, Zen Moment, and Graverobber need specs, while god-tier perks like Outlaw, Swashbuckler, and Vorpal weapon definitely do not. I think some of these could function really well as raid weapon perks though. I especially like the idea of overflowing the mag after a precision kill, or primary ammo partially refilling the mag.

Anything to make the GM Weapons actually worth using.

You said adept vorpal and I love you! I’ve never heard those two words together and did not expect so much joy!
