I just got Winter's Shroud Hunter aspect and it doesn't seem too be doing what it's supposed too at all. For those who don't know Winter's Shroud makes it so when you dodge as a Hunter it creates the slow affect for nearby enemies. But for some reason mine isn't even wanting to activate, am I doing something wrong or is it just bugged for me and only me?
