Content out of date. No way to update?

I can’t get my guardian or vendors updated. Have tried to log out and back in. Remove the app and reinstall. Restart the phone. Clear content and clear cache. Also tried on a second phone, same problem. It shows the loading circle and then bugs out. Can play the game, so it shouldn’t be my account? Anybody know what else to do?
