It says I have exotic armor ornament but I can't equip it

In the Eververse store it says I have the Eternal Warrior ornament Nephrite Paragon but when I got to equip it I do not have the option to as if I don't have it. I'm confused. I attached a video I recorded to show

Hello. It does the same to me so it could be a bug. I sent it to player support so they are aware of it. 😄
