Account Migration

SO, I tried to log into my existing account on blizzard launcher, don’t see destiny as I haven’t touched it in over a year and a half. Friend tells me that I must migrate my account, ok that’s grand, sends me a link to do it, it says October 2020... I never got an email, or a heads up, look hey we will be removing your game and not letting you even get in contact with our support staff to sort it out. I have a BOX copy of Destiny 2 limited deluxe edition that I used to play... Now it’s basically wasted space because bungie decided to delete accounts and waste money, I literally spend £89.99 GBP pre-purchasing it to get the full DLC and limited book versions and now I feel robbed because I can’t even merge my account over... The fact is that I don’t care about the account I care about the fact that I paid money for a game that I have now been told that I cannot play because they have left a company... So BUNGIE, what can you do for a customer... After I feel like I can’t contact you directly because a support ticket doesn’t exist, I have receipts, I have the box, codes everything, yet I’m sitting here with £89.99 out of my pocket... Who do I get in contact with to get something sorted, because I am angry beyond belief at the fact that a company takes money from someone and a few years down the line tells them "oh you missed your chance, shit luck buy our game again"

  • Hello. There were multiple notifications to migrate your data over to Steam. Unfortunately nothing can be done to start over on Steam and purchase your DLC again since the migration has ended on December 1st, 2020. The answer I’ll give will be the same from BNGHelp.     • So you're telling me after paying £89.99, i have now wasted it and been told to just suck it up, i dont care about my account and things i got, that i can live with. I care about the fact that i have wasted £90 on a game that i cant play... If i get an account transfer with a clean slate, and no progress, just what i paid for, im happy But id like to see how you would feel if this was in your shoes and i was telling you that you missed your chance and just pay more

    • Nothing can be done. You missed the deadline. Everyone had 14+ months to migrate. Emails were sent. They posted numerous times on social media and in this week at bungie. Anything on battle.net, dlc, characters,gear, is gone. If you want to play you'll need to start over fresh on steam.
