Alright guys i just saw the tweet that @Dmg got on Twitter. This is pathetic! How can this community that helps kids and raises money do this? I understand that trials sucks truly! However that gives you no right to harass people. This community has a serious toxicity problem. It seems everyone forgets this game is someone’s life! Doing stuff like this and harassing the developers is just plain pathetic and immature. We all know the community is better than this. Yes we are frustrated but for goodness sakes really harassing a developer that actually plays their game?
All the toxic people on here are gonna down vote and say nasty thing but all that does is prove my point. It’s time for this community to grow up.

Respect is a 2way thing if you do not get it you do not give it and if you do not give it you do not get it for a long time now the destiny community has ben fellying bungie do not respect us yes you get 1or2 not nice people in the destiny community but 70% of the community r happen to respect bungie if bungie is fair to the destiny community and respect us but for a long time now destiny 2 has ben more about bungie then the destiny community the last director wood not listeni to the destiny community or respect it if the game is more about what the game createors or director wants then what the games community wants its not a community game people have good resoin to be agrer at bungie like comments at inttervos about the destiny community sunseting the dcv not leting destiny 3 happen the list gos on but if the new director listeni to the destiny community takes out sunseting gives back the volted content and macks destiny go back to be a game the you can play How you want without bungie wanting to control How you play and fixs the bugs thing in the destiny community will get better

I dunno, he put on his Community Manager hat for that tweet, and it was incredibly tone deaf. As always, people in the community will take it too far, but imo he definitely deserved some flak for that one

Does it really surprise you when a bunch of people just stormed the capitol and incriminated themselves by streaming or putting other evidence on their personal social media?

Rather hard to feel sorry for them when they've ignored the community for months as things progressively get worse and worse and we ask them to fix it. Being nice isn't getting anywhere so maybe a nice big toxic boot in the ass might spur things along.

If a game has lots of problems, its community will have lots of problems. If you want to fix the community, you must fix the game, and D2 needs a lot of fixing.
