Finished BL, have Season Pass, never saw No Time to Explain or its catalyst quest
Subject pretty much says it. Finished the BL campaign (on 3 chars), have the Season Pass (not exactly sure when I got it), but never ever saw any trace of the NTTE weapon or its related quests. Can't find any online reference that indicates another step. Another bug, no doubt...
And yes I have checked the kiosk.
