prismatic recaster and decoder soft lock
My game is soft locked and I can't finish the "decrypting the darkness" quest.
The game is supposed to give me an umbral engram to decode but it didn't, so now my game is locked and I can't progress the story.

Same issue, but only on one character. My Titan and Warlock had no issues, but my Hunter (only one who interacted with the decoder while Osiris and Crow were talking, may be related) did not receive the engram and is now stuck.
