How to contact Devs about a purchase I made in October?

I don't know where else to ask. I purchased the Forerunner pin from Season of Arrivals on October 19 and it hasn't even shipped yet. How do I contacts the devs about it? If this doesn't belong here, at least point me in the right direction please?

  • The store site says it will ship sometime this month.

  • go to bungiestore (either the US or the EU depending on where you made your purchase and fill out the form there). It usually takes a while before items in the Bungiestore ship though so they might ship soon.
