I don't know where else to ask. I purchased the Forerunner pin from Season of Arrivals on October 19 and it hasn't even shipped yet. How do I contacts the devs about it? If this doesn't belong here, at least point me in the right direction please?

The store site says it will ship sometime this month.

go to bungiestore (either the US or the EU depending on where you made your purchase and fill out the form there). It usually takes a while before items in the Bungiestore ship though so they might ship soon.
