Born In Darkness Part 3 completed, but did not receive Part 4 from Exo Stranger
Hello,
I am new to the forums, but a long time Destiny 2 player. I am working through the Born in Darkness quest and have hit a roadblock. I completed Part 3 and spoke to the Exo Stranger, but did not receive Part 4. A member of my fireteam who was on the same quest step received Part 4 during the session, so I'm wondering if there is a bug or something wrong on my end.
Any help is much appreciated!

I have a bug like this but it's for part 3. the progress for getting stasis final blows is still at 0% even after 10 games of gambit. does anyone know what's going on?
