Adding to the masses, brand new manufacturer direct AMD Radeon 6800 runs perfectly on almost every single other game. Destiny 2, the one game I played from D1 day 1 and I was most excited to play on my new PC setup ( which took months to build especially with this aids GPU market) runs like I'm on windows 95. There is no excuse for this honestly. Like other comments say. if this were any kind of exploit it would be patched in the blink of an eye. This game is unplayable. There is no appeal in an FPS shooter where your FPS drops below 40 while on LOW settings. I changed everything in settings and followed any external fixes and no dice. I can run modern warfare on ultra maximum graphics with 200% res scaling and never dip below 80 fps. Bungie, I have been through some serious hardships with you and this game. I have spent so much time and money and invested in this game, I have defended many shortcomings where most would turn their backs and never come back to play this game. This NEEDS to be fixed. AMD Radeon 6000 series has been out for over 60 days and from what I have read this problem has been present that entire time. This isn't a matter of "high end" vs "low end" system. this is clearly an issue of AMD hardware not being optimized for Destiny 2, not even optimized. before I upgraded I used a Radeon 580 which worked fine. so its not all AMD GPUs its the new important ones that people wait months to buy or pay $900+ for. I waited so long to get my 6800 at retail price and I was so happy to have it UNTIL I PLAYED DESTINY 2! WTF!
