Fix my account
Since you guys change my username now I can’t use the Steam account on the companion it says no characters where found on this account. Also it’s impossible to find or join a fire team.I only can log in with the PlayStation account but I want to deactivate the cross save as I don’t use PS4 anymore

3 RepliesCross-save is allowing you to access the data from your active account, PSN in your case, across all of your linked platforms. The data does not transfer to the other accounts, and it will always be permanently tied to your PSN account. You are simply borrowing the data from your PSN account, despite playing through Steam. It is correct that your Steam account will show as having no characters, because you do not have character data on your Steam account, and are using your PSN data to play the game. Regardless of what platform you are playing on, the save data is in fact PSN data. As such, if you were to deactivate cross-save, you would no longer have access to those characters and progress via Steam. They would only be accessible on PS4/PS5, and you would be starting completely fresh on your Steam account.
