Lever Action Rifle Exotic?
Just a thought but I don't think it'll happen but I had this idea of Lever action rifles being in destiny I think it would add a bit of variety to the otherwise stale weapons we have at the moment. But just a thought though. Also it could function like ashes gun from overwatch where hipfire you can spam shots but aim down sights for more damage and range but slower fire rate

ADS at 150 rpm and accuracy range buff or fan fire at 200 with hip fire bonus crit damage. Oh and Outlaw/Desperado perks! Make it a legendary pinnacle crucible quest where you have to get 1000 kills hipfiring Skyburners Oath in Competitive, hahaha.

1 ReplyNo! Make it legendary so it could be paired with The Last World like the Mida and Mini Tool and the Strum and Drang. It doesn’t need to be a busted perk but something simple like QuickDraw.

I built a new rifle in Blender (I'm still new to it), I wanted to have something with a older design. Originally it was going to be a lever action sniper, but in the end I opted for a very hard hitting scout rifle. Stuck it up in Creations however Bungie lost it and when I asked them they found it along with another pic and added it, however it was backdated so it will be missed. https://www.bungie.net/en/Community/Detail?itemId=258118419 I was thinking of building a dedicated sniper and sidearm along the same theme to create a set. If I can't find it in game I guess I'll just have to build one myself.

I suggested this in seaskn 2. A lever action scout rifle that deals 180 crit damage and 100 body damage. More of a support weapon at base. With the exotic perk that deals 10% more damage per ally looking at the same enemy.

1 ReplyIt would be cool for them to have a nice level action sniper a nice high powered one. Maybe a single loader with high dmg in the heavy. A big ol .50 Cal looking thing. Or bigger.

Right now bungie is struggling 2 remove 90% of our existing rifles from the game and you expect them to not only make a new one but put a lever on it as well?!??

3 RepliesI respect your opinion, but mine is different. This is a futuristic game, I don't want to use an 1860 Henry rifle to shoot space aliens and then throw space magic at them. They would fit the Tex Mechanica theme, but ultimately I guess they would just be scout rifles with a lever action animation between shots.
