I've been having multiple issues with D2 for a while now. Firstly, the Ascendant Champion triumph is still bugged, and has been stuck on 5/6 completed for several months now, and I have done all 6 ascendant challenges multiple times now, so I can't complete my Dreaming City collections tab. And my Stranger's Weapon upgrade pack is not working. Yes, I know I need to complete the Beyond Light Campaign, which I have done on all three of my characters, and I have bought the correct editions, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but it still won't work. Why does Bungie switch the patch hammer on any tiny raid exploit but take a century to deal with actual, serious bugs and glitches that hamper the experience of the game for players?
