Cross Save (Only One Account) Not Letting Me Continue to Character Selection
I only have one destiny account on my Xbox one and have tried doing the cross save on nearly every platform (Chrome, Edge, the destiny app, Incoginto) and every single time I get to the authentication step with the various platforms (Xbox, PS, etc) and my account shows up, it says authenticated, but it won't let me select anything or continue to the next step. It's a dead end. Is there anyway to fix this? I have no other accounts to sign into and my one on there is already authenticated.

If you only have an Xbox account, and no other platform accounts, then you cannot use cross-save, nor would there be a need for the feature. Cross-save is specifically for linking multiple platform accounts, and using a single set of save data across those linked platforms. If you only play on Xbox, you do not need cross-save. However, if you wish to play on Xbox, as well PC, PSN, or Stadia; then you need to link the respective account(s) to your Bungie profile.
