Stasis PVP Fix (Bungie Read)
In PVP stasis only affects the lower half of your body freezing you in place still, but you can still use grenades and shoot weapons. Easy fix. Should have been like this from the start.

Or alternatively. You freeze slowly from the bottom up. Like eramis in the last cutscene. Supers should still instafreeze...but abilities should freeze slowly.
