Help with Cross Save
Hello, I have a question about Cross Save, I have a ps4 account connected to an xbox and steam account, I want to recover the steam account without disconnecting the xbox and ps4 account, when cross save is deactivated, all accounts are disconnected or Can I choose which one to take out and which one to keep?

1 ReplyMy steam account is ArcanineLv99, my idea was to recover it since if I currently enter that account, the characters from the Arkdium account (Ps4) appear, it was a mistake I made when I wanted to share my account with my brother

According to your profile, you don't have the Steam account added to your cross-save. If you wish to add the Steam account to your CS, then you can do that in your cross-save setup page. If on the other hand, the issue is with you not having the Steam login credentials, you will need to work with Steam support to recover them. With cross-save, you choose one account as the main character save, and that save is used on all platforms. You cannot switch back and forth between saves. Deactivating cross-save will result in a 90-day security lockout, during which you cannot reactivate it.
