Beyond Light Bought but not Working
I bought the Beyond Light DLC today and it got through with the Purchase.
I bought Beyond Light + Season Pass
Somehow the season pass got added but the DLC not. It says i need to purchase it again (Watch the pic link)
Can someone help me to fix this?

Same exact thing is happening to me. I purchased the beyond light add on last night, not able to access it thru Varyx. I then purchased the beyond light deluxe edition this morning. Was able to start first mission. I then had playstation refund my first purchased. Now its not working again. Do I have to have the Beyond Light Deluxe edition and the Beyond Light add on to play the Beyond light expansion

On the main Director map there is a Beyond Light icon which is a marketing icon that takes you to a purchase/upgrade screen. Your screenshot looks suspiciously like you've clicked on that icon. The beginning of the Beyond Light campaign is accessed from the Europa map. Please take a screenshot of the Europa map and share it in this thread.

Hello, When interacting with the new content are you selecting the actual planet Europa? Because this should allow you to access the first mission of the expansion.
