Hi, I am having a problem where a friend of mine who just got into destiny 2 is trying to go into the cosmodrome to do the main quest but is unable to as they get a black screen when entering the cosmodrome which results in a crash. When ever I join their fireteam, I load in first and can see them standing their. When they get the black screen it imediatly says they left the fire team. Creating a second character fixes this problem but they are not offline and I can not join them nor can they join me.
