Exotic Hand Cannon concept (because, yes, we need another)

The sketch isn't great, I did it quick and only had a pen. All that is shaded would be a green cloth, same as Variks House of Judgement cloak Judgement of Kells v2 https://imgur.com/gallery/eCTL8eL This one is slightly better This is the Hand Cannon Variks gave to Cayde in the Most Loyal lore book. Judgement of Kell's Flavor text: "You shall be their Judge, Jury, and Executioner," Variks Archetype: 120 rpm Hand Cannon Arc Intrinsic: Judgement's Hand Precision final blows and final blows against Fallen enemies grant stacks of "Etheric Empowerment". Each stack grants increased handling and stability. Max of 5 Secondary: Ether Tech Trigger At three stacks of "Etheric Empowerment" hold square to activate Ether Tech Trigger, consuming the three stacks. When active, the next trigger pull fires high damage two round burst (Kills with Ether Tech Trigger active do not grant stacks of "Etheric Empowerment") [you only get one burst per activation] Additional perks: Outlaw Range Finder Stats: [Have been edited farther down it post] Impact: 92 Range: 65 Stability: 45 Handling: 38 Reload Speed: 30 Magazine: 8 Catalyst: Grants 2 stacks of "Etheric Empowerment" per kill, OR, grants either Ambitious Assassin or Subsistence. I have thought about making the Judgement's Hand perk act similar to the Thorn and Lumina, as in it spawns a buff that you then have to go and pick up, but I feel that would seriously hamper the weapon. I did the stats off the top of my head, so if the are not very balanced, feel free to point that out. Yes, Ether Tech Trigger is a two tap. I might add a sketch later. Edit: You know what, let's give it some chonky stats so it would be able to better compete with Sturm Impact: 92 Range: 84 Stability: 45 Handling:40 Reload Speed: 35 Edit 2: I came up with a quest to get it as well. Judgement of Kells quest Step one: Speak to Variks Variks tasks you with finding data pad that he left in the Prison of Elders. "He seemed very concerned about finding this pad, I wonder what is so important about it," Ghost Step two: Find the data pad in the Prison of Elders strike "It is heavily encrypted, it would take me days to crack it. I hope Variks has the right key codes this time," Ghost Step three: Speak with Variks Variks spends a few moments working on the data pad, then with a sigh, hands it to you. It plays an audio clip from Cayde-6, "hey Variks, that hand cannon you gave me is a beut, absolutely slays in the Crucible. If one of my friends, mainly the strong silent one, asks about it, deliver rewards asap into Nessus. They will know what to do." Variks explains that this data pad was his personal link to Cayde, and that he received the message shortly before inciting the prison riot. In the following chaos, he had lost it. "I know it doesn't make up for what happened [insect like chattering], but it's a start," Variks Step four: Find Cayde's stash "Why was he so good at hiding these things," Ghost (When you find the stash it is empty. Ghost tells you to look up. There is a Vandal, Haviks, the Aspirant, standing far above you holding his fancy new gun) Step five: Find Haviks Defeat Fallen across the system to gather Intel on the Aspirant's location 25 Earth 25 Europa 25 Tangled Shore "Haviks was one of the Queens personal guards, it seems he is following his own orders now," Variks Step six: Defeat Haviks Travel to Sjurest and defeat Haviks "Another who would see the Traveler fall has been dealt with, but be wary, there will always be another [wheezing]," Variks, the Loyal
