DLC Not Working
Hi everyone,
I just got into Destiny 2 again and here is my step by step process:
1. I downloaded Destiny 2 for free off of Steam and played for about 7 hours.
2. I realized "hey, this game is fun, I should buy the DLC so that I can actually do some things in game," so I bought the deluxe edition on steam.
3. Once I downloaded the the deluxe edition, I uninstalled and reinstalled Destiny 2 to make sure the DLC installed correctly.
4. When I opened up the game again, it still would not let me complete and strikes or anything related to the DLC because in red text, the strike or mission says that I need the DLC to continue.
TL;DR - I downloaded the deluxe edition of Destiny 2 for the DLC and the game doesn't register the DLC. I am looking for a solution from someone from Bungie (seems like a lot of people have this issue), or a refund for the deluxe edition if it isn't going to work...

There are three DLC's in Destiny 2 currently. Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light. Sounds like you purchased the Beyond Light Digital Deluxe Edition DLC. That digital deluxe package only includes Beyond Light and four season passes. It does NOT include Forsaken or Shadowkeep DLC's. If you are trying to enter The Ordeal Nightfall when the strike is a Forsaken or Shadowkeep specific strike then you will get the message about not owning the DLC because you don't, you only own Beyond Light. So regarding the missing DLC message, where have you seen it, specifically what activity or activities have you tried since buying Beyond Light?

Can you give examples of which activity you are trying to do when get the message about needing the DLC? Just because you bought the deluxe edition doesn't mean you have access to the content from all of the expansions.
