Moon and Dreaming City triumphs seem to be unobtainable.
Last week I attempted to do an [b]Ascendant Challenge Time Trial[/b] triumph and after an hour of trying I gave up assuming it was just unobtainable. Today I completed a Pit of Heresy in which I was careful to never die while my clanmate helped do most of the risky stuff. At the end I got the emblem tracker for a flawless clear, but not [b]Eternal Heretic[/b] triumph. This dissuades me from trying to complete the other remaining triumphs for the Shadowkeep seal as I have no faith that the Nightmare Hunt triumphs are obtainable.
Are Forsaken and Shadowkeep triumphs unobtainable, or do they just not reliably tick off when the requirements are satisfied?

Not sure if this info helps, earned the Dreaming City 'Mint Condition' triumph this very week, so that one at least is working. I have seen other people mention the time trials do not work. I wonder if it's just specific ones.
