Harbinger Title Bug - Essence of Servitude Quest
The Quest 'Essence of Servitude' is still bugged. As in the above video, Malura does not spawn in the Catacombs for the quest item to drop, I have tried after each patch and have even reset my quest by abandoning it and picking it back up from the kiosk. This is a requisite quest for the Harbinger title and currently cannot be completed. Thank you for your help.
