I've killed enemies upon enemies that would usually drop base ingredients like vex milk or ether cane but it's insanely rare to get them to drop. Does anyone know if they made it that way on purpose or if it's actually bugged? I'm on the Xbox platform if that's of any importance because i have a friend on PC that has fully completed the quest already.
