Pasting this again cause I don't understand how it hasnt been fixed yet This has been one of the most annoying bugs I’ve encountered in the game - the drifter continued to flash in the annex even though he has no quests or bounties for me to pick up. PLEASE fix this. I think it the bug started occurring when i started the malfeasance quest - i’ve since abandoned it just to get rid of this annoying bug but it’s still happening.
