powerfull friends and radiant light stat boosts
if i equip radiant light once it gives +20 but if i equip 2 it gives -20 while it should give +40
same with powerfull friends
Bug or intentionally?

Intentional; they don't stack (they used to when they were first introduced, but Bungie changed that afterwards).
