Not getting my pinnacle drops?

I just did crucible and gambit pinnacle reward requirements and didn’t get pinnacle gear for either. There’s nothing inside of my postmaster either. Is anyone else having this problem?

I got mine for Vanguard and Crucible. Only problem was that the drops weren't what I needed (for like the 6th pinnacle in a row)
