Bungie, PLEASE help. I purchased the deluxe edition of Beyond Light, and on launch had nothing. No DLC, no Seasons, nothing. As you worked through some of your issues, Beyond Light became available, however the season pass for the current, and future seasons was not granted. I wanted to participate in the worlds first race, so I had to spend MORE money to buy the current season to help with the XP boost, as well as the seasonal content to have more rewards. This, already, is an unfair thing considering I already paid for that. Now, I have paid for the season pass twice, and STILL do no have access to future seasons. On top of that, I am ignored on Twitter when asking for help, and any vague response tells me to come here, however this is the third or fourth time I'm writing to you about this. It's extremely discouraging and I'm losing interest in the game, not because of the game itself, but with the feeling of being ripped off. Please respond and help me with my ongoing issue, and possible reimbursal of the money I had to spend for something I already paid for.
