Same weapon merging

I`am new player. Playing in this game 3 months. I find one defect for me. It`s same weapon merging. Why after merge same weapon, weapons perks not merging? Why developers not want to add this? Why it`s not in game now? For example: Night Watch b = Burrel m = Mag p1 = Perk 1 p2 = Perk 2 (b(>1, 2, 3), m(1, >2), p1(>1), p2(>1)) + (b(>2, 3), m(2, >4), p1(>2), p2(>3)) = (b(>1, 2, 3), m(1, >2, 4), p1(>1, 2), p2(>1, 3))

  • Weapon merging as you define is simply infusing a weapon with the power level of the other. What you're describing seems to me like the feature itself, but in reverse. If you want to keep a weapon that has good perks, lock it and infuse it later down the line. I don't think there'd be a point to have a system like this, because it kind of already exists.
