Unrelenting Perk Does Not Work
Using High Albedo and Friction Fire with unrelenting, I got multikills on redbars and majors, killed bosses and ultras, but nothing is triggering the health regeneration.

that's exactly what i was talking about, i went into one of europa's lost sectors with my Hailing Confusion with Surplus and Unrelenting and somehow I kill a bunch of red bars while i'm low health and i get no regen, it has got to be worked out.
