Exotic cipher lost?
I went to claim my exotic ciphers from the exotic gear triumph rewards, forgetting that I could only hold one at a time. I got the first one and claimed the second and third ones as well. However since I can only hold one the other 2 are gone. Are they gone forever or is there a way to reclaim them?

Bungie doesn't restore lost or deleted items for any reason. Use this as a lesson to hold only one at a time even if you place it into your vault.
