I couldn't care less what the explanation is here, it is blatantly confusing. One pinnacle better than the other. The game does not say whether a one pinnacle reward is of a higher tier than another. I don't know or understand why I should continue to level. You're incentivizing me to ignore the pinnacle grind. It's better for me to be a bounty goblin, but I'm not going to bother doing that cause it's boring as hell. Bungie seems afraid of rewarding players for their time. Pinnacle power isn't even much of reward. It's just to say you did it. Make a better leveling system, please. The artifact is not hiding the reality of the RNG drop system.
