Can't store certain items and companion app not inviting or receiving

Hello, Primarily I am having a problem with the companion app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, cleared content and cache data along with it, restarted my console (PS4) and yet whenever I try to invite someone I get the ''Make sure you're in orbit with enough space'' error message, and when people try to invite me, nada. On a smaller note, several items in my inventory, including a white pistol and legend of Acrius cannot be stored in the vault or moved via the app, and in the case of Acrius it's not acknowledged by the exotics kiosk. A small issue, but still annoying. Any help to resolve either of these issues, preferably both, would mean a lot, thank you.

  • Hello. Bungie is investigating the Companion app issue. As for your weapons, you may have the quest version for Legend of Acrius if you cannot move it. You had to complete the quest called “Cabal Killer” to get the full version of LoA. Since the quest is vaulted, you can dismantle your quest gun and get the full version from the kiosk.
