So I logged in yesterday evening and went to fire up Gambit and got a notice that my account was restricted. I have not received any warnings, notices, explanations, emails, messages, or information of ANY kind. I do not, in any way, cheat, exploit, or modify the game in any way, and I have a stable and consistent connection. I have not received any sort of in-game errors or inconsistencies that might explain it, and the support page to "find out how to be a Guardian in good standing" states that any requests for additional information will be disregarded. However it also specifically states that a player will not be punished for simply playing the game. So how is it that a player who has played since D1 beta, who believes cheating is just laziness and insecurity, and who has never had a single issue of any kind suddenly put on restriction with no warning or reason and without even knowing the length of said restriction? Something here is either wrong, or that section needs to be removed because it is a lie.
