What is everyone's head cannon for their guardian?

I'll try to keep this concise. My Hunter was born shortly after Twilight Gap on Venus. Got to Earth, fireteamed with my other HC Guardians, and went through D1 up to Rise of Iron. No raids, a constant fling with Drevis, fireteam wiped out near end of Taken War, and decided to muck with a Vex gate instead of SIVA. Comes back in time for Red War, evacuates with old friends and family to Venus until the City's reclaimed. Worked in Curse of Osiris, made a [i]very[/i] bad deal with Ahamkara on Jupiter, then decided to jump into the Vex Collective for the hell of it. No one has seen him since. He does have Drevis stalking him like Mara (Riven) with Uldren, so... Moral of the story: Just kill the Ahamkara. Then kill it again for good measure.

TL;DR I am a dark guardian and use ice to go brr brr My guardian is me being revived during the arrivals of the pyramid. Few weeks after learning what it takes to be a guardian and get used to living in the furrent world, Zavala ask me to search for Eris Morn in IO. Here is where the darkness started to contact me. Me & eris then begin to try to contact the darkness back but keeps getting interfered by savathuns. Few months later Savathun sent Nokris to stop me form contacting the darkness but I defeated Nokris and shortly after that the darkness contacted me again and said that i should come to Europa. I then proceed to go to Europa and discovered that Eramis is trying to destroy the traveler with the power of darkness that she has. I try to use my light against her but nothing works. I then fleed and out of nowhere the darkness led me to the exo stranger. I've never met the Exo Stranger but i saw her being allies with the Drifter and Eris Morn. I then talked with her on her camp and she tells me of how i could wield the power of darkness too in order to stop Eramis. With no other alternative i have no choice but to embrace the darkness. For a few days i trained my newly darkness power called stasis with guidance from the Exo Stranger and at the same time taking down Eramis forces one by one. 1 week later I finally went face to face again with Eramis but defeated shortly after because her stasis is stronger than mine. Eramis froze my ghost and started to froze me as well that will eventually lead to my second permanent death. I then began to look within and darkness energy began to overflow my body and this the point where i fully mastered stasis. I then proceed to beat Eramis in a stasis duel. Here i realized that darkness is the one who helped me most during my desperate times and how much more powerfull darkness is compared to the light. Everything become clear to me. I was revived not because the traveler chose me but because of the darkness will. Now here I am being the dark guardian secretly embracing the darkness and straying away from the light every single day.

Sure My Warlock was reborn just outside “The Pits” and was quickly dispatched by thralls and dragged further in, after reviving they did all they could to fight off their capturers, dying over and over again, fighting with all they had using only their light and whatever pieces of hive they had in arms reach, he was stranded there for years, growing steadily stronger and coming to see himself more as hive than anything else. Once he left the pits after those many years (like 2) he learned what he really was, a Guardian, he learned the ones he saw down there that look like him were the same, but they didn’t get to come back, he was lucky, and thanks to his time being reformed by the pits he was strong, Eris redirected him to the tower and finally his journey began~ This would not be the end for him, realizing his potential Calus looked to him favorably due to his knowledge on the Hive, with hopes he could one day become a stern Shadow and leader to the Hive that run rampant on his Leviathan Calus offered him arms and armaments and so he strived to grow further, eventually unlocking the secrets of Darkness through the usage of Stasis on Europa, but still he knew there was much to learn and another Hive God on the horizon Xivu Arath.

He waits patiently for his prey as he blends into the wilderness with active camouflage. When his chance arises, he pounces on his prey with a Blink Strike from behind; a clean Backstab. It's usually worth it to see the look on their face after they're dead. The shock, dumb confusion, the disbelief; he can see all the swirling emotions from their last moments But occasionally, he sees faces with eyes that are calm and collected. How are they able to remain so composed right before they die? It's almost as if they're embracing death itself. When he sees eyes like this, he takes the time to close them. And then he's reminded of the killer he's become...

Lukas was raised in Warsaw, Poland during the golden age where he would help out his parents until the collapse happened and the fallen invaded killing his parents. Lukas left a destroyed Warsaw heading towards the only safe city on Earth now. Upon his adventure he comes across a man embued with the light named Ephraim and his son Aiden. They too are heading to the last safe city. Upon their journey they stay at a refugee camp where Lukas would fall in love and choose to stay with his companion as Ephraim and Aiden go on. Lukas and his wife eventually have kids and raise them within the camp until they're old enough to walk and are ready to head off for the city as the dangers of fallen invading the camp rises. The family's journey is only made more dangerous due to the weather. Lukas's wife and youngest unfortunately passed away because of the pure wretchedness of winter. Lukas and his oldest son go on and are within sight of the city when they are attacked by a band of House of Kings fallen and Lukas is forced to watch the fallen captain execute his only living son and his limbs are then torn apart by the fallen until the fallen get ambushed by a group of six hunters as he passes out. He wakes up to being encased in a metal body with another watching him. The mysterious robot tells him who he is (Micah-10) and what happened, handing Lukas a journal and telling Lukas to continue writing as he goes. Lukas then continues on with life as a vengeful exo killing all fallen he encounters until one day he is killed in Old Russia where he would remain until a ghost would revive him and that's where we begin the story of Destiny. Lukas-9 would eventually come in contact with Aiden who had also become an exo and had also been given the light from his dying father who had passed on his ghost. Lukas-9 and Aiden-8 would become exo brothers and protect humanity as guardians together.

Mine I like to think goes with whichever my main is each season His connection to the light is so strong that he is able to use all 12 subclasses. And specially fitted armor with padding on the inside allow him to use everything available in his arsenal. He started out in the cosmodrome and proceeded to become a warden of Kells, slayer of hive gods, iron lord, slayer of ghaul, savior of Osiris, killer of worms, defendant to the vanguards image, suppressor and weilder of the darkness, wayfarer, savior of Saint-14. He is idolized by the vanguard and dreamed of by the children of the city. Strong in the crucible and hard headed runs into everything without thinking, and making it work. My guardians name is pheonix and his ghost is red together they bring the lighting to shatter the ground, the fire to burn everything in their path, and power of space to suppress all enemies, and the darkness to save the light.

Long before the Red War my Warlock fought in the Arenas of the Prison of Elders: She was practically molded by them. She loved Petra, Variks, and Cayde. When the Red Legion attacked she was slain before she found the shard but had just enough Light to use a D1 style self resurrect. As she was dead she had an epiphany that ultimately resulted in her physical form shapeshifting into her true self that had lay barried beneath layers of mental anguish and self hate. She is no longer a son of despair, but a daughter of the night. During that battle which ensued she wielded her light in one hand and stasis in the other, but the dark powers would never return to her until the advent of the pyramids and her journey to Europa. She use to cling hopelessly to the teachings of the Praxic Order, but once Cayde died the events that would follow changed her overall world view to such an extent that her current arch nemesis is the leader of the Praxic Inquisition. She has since changed her name to the Marshal and considers her jurisdiction the reef and any thing beyond it. Her goal is to bring law where there is lawlessness. She rediscovered herself doing Gambit runs and becoming a Sentry for Drifters new crew. She feels that the Vanguard doesn't do enough to help the Reef or outter regions of the system and that they don't try hard enough to foster more diplomatic relationships. She feels they allow Aunor and her Praxic Inquisition to get away with too much and so doesn't work with the Vanguard unless their goals align with what she is currently trying to do.

My first hunter is named Knightlight in order to annoy the female hunter. He was declared MIA 2 years ago. He would meet Eramis and mess around with some Braytech stuff. He is one of the main characters in Destiny 2: The Holiday Special. [spoiler]Subclass: BladeDancer Weapon: Nightshade Pulse Rifle[/spoiler] Exotic Armor: Knucklehead Radar My female hunter name is also Knightlight. The first hunter I mentioned likes to annoy or mess with her. But also likes to help her. She has been more active in combat. Using all the light classes and stasis. She's more on the quiet side but talks with intent or when she needs, basically like noble 6 from halo reach. [spoiler]Subclass: All but Prefers Gunslinger Weapon: Large arsenal but Mains Polaris Lance Exotic Armor: Dragons shadow [/spoiler] My warlock was slighty more social then my second hunter. His name was Tom. He liked to take to the sky or burn the battlefield. Unfortunately he was KIA during season of the drifter, his light was not enough and was extinguished by a taken knight. [spoiler]Subclass: Dawnblade Weapon: Riskrunner Exotic Armor: ophidian aspect[/spoiler] The Titian was thought to have KIA 3 years ago, killed by the vex. But he has been spotted last season with new gear. His light is a little dim but his spirit is brighter then ever. [spoiler]Subclass: Sunbreaker Weapon: Sweet Business Exotic Armor: Actium War Rig[/spoiler]

An Exo who remebers only increments of his past after leaving Europa has been a loner ever since never sided with the vanguard nor the shadows rather inbetween the two as a bounty hunter of sorts however using the darkness made him feel something he hasnt felt in a while[spoiler]He loved that feeling and uses darkness to fight both dark and light[/spoiler]

Pavlov was a an Ex Russian alpha group soldier..got discharged and went to work for BRAY, as a private security officer. once the world went to shit he signed on for exo science transfer if he died on the job..once his ghost woke him he’s been on the job dishing out pain to the travellers enemies..doesn’t care for the vanguard.

Resurrected in the reef, jumped once and due to the zero-grav environment began endlessly floating into space. He is still floating to this day.

I always just assumed the three guardians I made are a fire team just like to run solo sometimes to clear there heads best buds but need time to do their own stuff

D1: Typical D1 vet killed Oryx, Crota, Skolas, etc. except he felt out of place with the other guardians resulting in him being quiet and reserved only talking to his ghost and he is very meticulous, thinking about everything through before doing them D2: same as d1 up until forsaken where he blames himself for Cayde’s death and struggles through the pain of losing one of his only friends after killing uldren then he proceeds through the shadowkeep and foresaken campaigns leading into beyond light and he became more open and talkative and afraid of losing another friend
