I've been getting completely snuffed by Stasis because I play like an orangutan and I'm actually GLAD because Destiny isn't rewarding brainless gameplay. I actually have to think about stuff now, it's wild.

Exactly!! Stasis is punishing mindless shotgun aping and everyone is throwing a fit... It's about time something reins in the brainless, last season's crucible was total garbage and now it feels pretty balanced. Remember when everyone wanted to nerf nightstalkers when Taken King came out? It's the same principle, think carefully about your engagements, it's really that simple. I'm thoroughly enjoying crucible and I rarely use stasis.
