In that Onedrive link (am a boomer, sorry), it's quite clear what I'm talking about even though the image quality of the video isn't good. Flickering lines and pixels, blue or purple in color, especially when I'm moving or turning the camera.
Then, when running a Nessus strike, I got green flickering dots and light coming through the ceiling: https://1drv.ms/v/s!An_R7iDKUdSWgTiDasdJWzf7fm8V
This has been happening all over Destiny 2, since tuesday (December 1st), suspiciously after a system update. My TV doesn't support HDR (or even 4k) so I don't think it's a HDR issue. I've tried with many other HDMI cables, other input ports on my TV, uninstalling+installing Destiny 2, hard reset, factory reset. Nothing works. On my Xbox One X though, the game looks fine with the same cables and the same TV.
I haven't been able to replicate this kind of graphical glitching in other games. I thought my GPU might be toast, but Jedi Fallen Order, Witcher 3, Sekiro, Metro Exodus and Gears 5 seem to working fine without any of these strange flickering pixel / lighting issues. With Destiny 2 it's a constant nuisance. I have no idea what's happening.

The update scheduled for December 8 includes graphical and performance upgrades for next generation consoles, like the Xbox Series X.
