Ps Remote Play - how do I get my money back?

Bungie: I have tried to get in contact with you on multiple platforms. With no reply or acknowledgement in anyway. Remote play is the way I play your game, it isn’t working. I cannot play your game. I want my money back. How do I do that?

  • While I'm not looking for a refund, I would really appreciate if this problem were acknowledged in the Known Issues, TWAB, and @BungieHelp Twitter. This is a rather major issue and has not been handled well.

  • I'm really disappointed, I was on the verge of not getting beyond light. This is the first time I've not pre-ordered as soon as you could. I ended up folding and buying it. I mostly remote play too, because my other half likes watching TV, so I can play on my computer whilst we still spend time together. I found out about a slight hack where I could set up a second account with the controller plugged in, then connect to my main account with the controller on bluetooth. This worked okay, but occasionally would freak out with lag or random inputs and it became unworkable. Since my PS5 arrived and I've not touched Destiny because of the issue. I feel like I've missed out on a lot, and my love for the game is just waning. I'm no developer, but I just can't understand why something like Remote Play can go wrong when it's part of the game which didn't need touching as it was working fine already. I've been using Remote Play for about four years and I've never had any issues like this before. With so many great new games to play, I can't see myself returning to Destiny for some months to come.
