Silence and Squall need a buff
The tracking is meh, bad also the storm takes ages just to chew through red bars. I feel like in PVE at least, it needs more stopping power.

I think it's good as is. If they buff it, they'll nerf it hard somewhere down the line. -
This super is meant to be a tool/utility for freezing so that you can reap the benefits of breaking or shattering the enemy for buffs your subclass augments allow. Not all supers need to be a instant kill power trip.
