Before I go into the issue I want to elaborate on it, so it make sense at what im trying to get at. Back in August 2019, I made a clan called "Team Morale" on a 2nd, alt, burner psn account purely so I could hold onto the name until I got enough people to migrate over to this clan. Eventually, I would transfer ownership over to my main bungie account and move forward with it. I did this so I wouldn't lose the name. As the name means a lot to a friend and I. Well fast forward a year and couples months later. We are ready to move to the reserved clan name. The kicker is that I don't have access to the burner account that holds the clan. The reason I can't get on that burner account is because I forgot the password, and I can't recover a password because I deleted the email associated with that account back in June I know, big-brain moment. So earlier today I tried to recover the account without an email on Sony support, but they won't recover the account for me, because I cant provide enough info to them to prove the account is in fact mine. (I.e. they want the serial number of the ps4 the account was made on [like who would remember this], transaction history [which there was none, because this was a burner account], and other details.) So that seems to be a dead end. Which leads me here to the help forums as a last hope. I am wondering if there is any way Bungie Help, Companion help, or whoever, can get me this clan for my actual main account that I am making this post on. Like can they delete the clan so I can make a new one with same name? It is innactive and I would make use of it now Can they forcefully make me a founder of it? Or just something in general. I am the founder user "RetroRound," (that was the burner account i made to hold onto it) I just cant get on that account to transfer founder to my main account, this one. Please Bungie Help. I would really like to be able to get this clan for me and my friends as it means so much to us. TL;DR - Tried to reserve a clan name on a alt account for future use. No way of accessing alt account to transfer founder status to my main (this one). Really, really want to get that clan name So when me and my buddies are playing it says that name below ours. Is there anything that can be done? Please let me know :)
